About the Role
As a member of our Administrative and Support Staff, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our business. From managing daily tasks to supporting key departments, your contributions will ensure our clients and team members experience seamless service and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Tasks: Handle general office duties, including answering calls, responding to emails, managing schedules, and maintaining records.
- Client Support: Assist with client inquiries and ensure an exceptional customer experience in-store and online.
- Inventory Management: Support the team with inventory tracking, updates, and reporting to maintain stock accuracy.
- Documentation: Prepare and organize necessary documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Team Coordination: Provide support to sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and suggest improvements for administrative processes to enhance productivity.
- Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise in day-to-day operations with professionalism and efficiency.

- Experience: Previous experience in administrative or support roles (experience in retail or luxury sectors is a plus).
- Education: A degree or relevant certification in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Organization Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Albanian and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and willing to learn new tools.
- Problem-Solving Attitude: Ability to manage multiple tasks and address challenges with a solution-focused mindset.
