About the Role
As a Sales and Client Experience Specialist, you will be the face of Kastrati Jewellery, providing exceptional service and fostering meaningful connections with our clients. Your role will go beyond sales—you will create lasting memories for clients as they celebrate life’s most important moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, personalized service to clients, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and a high level of professionalism.
- Provide expert advice on products, collections, and brands to guide clients in their purchasing decisions.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by offering tailored solutions.
- Ensure the showroom is organized, visually appealing, and reflects the brand’s luxury standards.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, or concerns with patience and efficiency, turning challenges into opportunities to strengthen client trust.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and market insights to serve clients better.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and client-focused individual who embodies the Kastrati Jewellery spirit. Our ideal candidate has:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, sales, or client services (experience in the jewelry industry is a plus).
- Client-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
- Passion for Luxury: A genuine interest in fine jewelry, design, and fashion trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in Albanian and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Sales Savvy: Proven ability to meet sales goals and effectively upsell or cross-sell products.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to maintaining showroom standards and client interactions.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional.
